Standard and what you expect. Meet the owner followed up with a senior and then followed by a lower ranked employee a later round. To be followed up with a meeting regarding your benefits and renumeration and so on. Also pension plans and stuff were covered and part of the offer. Decently done and how you would expect it from larger company.

Education, wishes, working style, dealing with integrity sensitive matters, being aware that there is a responsibility and so on. Quite okay and a bit challenging.
