Interviews typically range around 5 hours. There are always structured interview questions from several categories. Corning hold some of the most challenging interviews I have experienced. There will be questions that stretch your thinking and make you uncomfortable to test your behavior during the interview - questions where the team can test how you react to difficult situations. Corning takes a very rigorous approach to finding the right talent.

I applied at the company's application site. A recruiter sent an email to ask for my convenient time for a phone screen interview. Even though I gave a certain time, the recruiter did not call for a phone screen interview.

One in-person interview at a professional conference (where I learned about Corning for the first time), two panel-style virtual interviews (three people each); Interviewers seemed to really like each other and get along well. Corning appears to have a great community of people

Entretien
It was a long 3 step process. Talked to 2 people who worked in the plant and then the last round was with the hiring manager. Overall the questions were behavioral but the last round had some technical questions.
