J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Corning (Painted Post, NY) en mars 2018
Entretien
I applied online. Got a questionnaire to fill out ~1 mth later. Got a call from HR doing the basic phone screening and telling me to apply to about 8 other jobs as well as the Process Engineer job. An email of basic background of Corning and how to interview was sent about a week later. Got called in for an in person interview ~4 mths after I applied online. The day started with a 30 min PPT of your resume. Interviews were then conducted in 30 min waves with 13 different people. They interviewed me for Firing engineer, Forming engineer, and team lead. They wanted to see how my personality changed throughout the long day.

I applied at the company's application site. A recruiter sent an email to ask for my convenient time for a phone screen interview. Even though I gave a certain time, the recruiter did not call for a phone screen interview.

One in-person interview at a professional conference (where I learned about Corning for the first time), two panel-style virtual interviews (three people each); Interviewers seemed to really like each other and get along well. Corning appears to have a great community of people

It was a long 3 step process. Talked to 2 people who worked in the plant and then the last round was with the hiring manager. Overall the questions were behavioral but the last round had some technical questions.
