Day of interview: Breakfast with second level manager, then met with entire interview team and delivered a 60 minute presentation reviewing education and work history (including Q&A). Following this I met with individuals for 45 minutes through the day (lunch with direct manager). This was in 97... process is identical today (I perform a lot of interviews).
