Really poor process. This firm is trying to hire lots of people. You can tell the place is total Chaos. When I went in, there were people in suits waiting for interviews everywhere...in hallways and just all over.
My process started with multiple phone screens and took approx 3 weeks. The last step was live interviews...After a FULL day of interviews I was told I would have to come back and meet with the CEO plus about 5 other people. This was after being told that the first process was really all that was needed. They NEVER got back to me.
I met with Two different Sales folks - management and both were very nice. Lastly I ended my day meeting with the HR person and he helped me decide right away COD was not for me.
Additionally walking around this office is scary. The works spaces are TINY.
This was an ugly process that left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I regret wasting my time here and taking time away from my current job. The way the process ended was really lousy..just leave ya hanging.
during interviews...Not one person at this firm took a minute to tell me why I might want to work at COD or what they like about it... Maybe in the future be more humble and actually explain to employees why they might like to be part of the team.

I've been approached first by previous business contacts working at CSOD, then immediately the Talent Recruiter took the lead during the whole process. Very professional and supportive when it cames to be fully prepared before the multiple consecutive interviews with MD, VP, SVP and EVP then a good final panel exercise
