Entretien
The total time frame took about a week long. I got a call from the recruiter for the phone screen; had the first interview with the director manager and HR manager; had the second interview with the director of the department. All interviews were done over the phone - the position was for a remote position. Very good communication between the recruiter and I - probably the best interview experience I've gone through, if not the best. Each staff member seemed to be authentic, down to earth but balanced with the business effort.

Question 1
Very straight forward and expected questions for an interview. A couple to note...I was asked to describe a a scenario where I had to recover from a mishap during a project I was working on and the outcome of the project. I was asked why I wanted to join the team....when I see 4.5 out of 5 rating on Glassdoor...why wouldn't I want to work here!

Entretien
I had a phone interview with a recruiter and a consulting leader, then two face-to-face interviews with 3 consulting leaders. The second one included a presentation I needed to prepare. All the interviews happened in a really good mood, rather informal - it was more like a discussion than an interview.
The process was long, but that was partially due to my availability.

Cornerstone reached out to me on LinkedIn and after first having some doubts they told me more about the possibilities at CSOD and shared some videos about the company to really give me a look into their culture and the possibilities. The people I spoke, from the recruiter until c-suite level were all passionate and really telling me about the way they want to grow with the company and how I could be a part of that. I eventually wanted to go into another direction but I'll still follow CSOD because I think they will definitely add a lot of value into the talent (people) management area.

One of the question I was asked is 'How do you keep yourself up to date regarding f.e. performance management topics?'. It is important for them to know how you make sure that you are up to date in this fast changing environment.

After fews days i received a phone call form a Recruiter and after that call i received the call from the Director of EMEA Client Services.
After that there was planned a F2F Meeting with the main management team with the task to do a presentation of one argument to the Management Team
