I was contacted by an Internal Recruiter at Cornerstone OnDemand, who initially spoke with me regarding the opportunity available. Invited to have an informal chat with the Hiring Manager. After a great conversation, I was then invited in for a formal interview, and a presentation. Surprising to myself, I was told to relax and not treat it like an interview, which was a first for me. I was informally offered the job the following day, pending background checks, and formal sign off from US.
In total the process took 8 weeks, from the initial contact, to the official contract and offer letter.
Did not have to be sold the role, as upon entering the offices, I immediately got a buzz from the atmosphere and culture at Cornerstone.
During the process, you are repeatedly informed of the culture at Cornerstone. This is apparent immediately, whereby you are treated like an individual and a human being.
Wonderful decision to join, and couldn't be happier. With the help and support of people around me, who are wanting me to succeed, I am looking forward to great success in the future.

I've been approached first by previous business contacts working at CSOD, then immediately the Talent Recruiter took the lead during the whole process. Very professional and supportive when it cames to be fully prepared before the multiple consecutive interviews with MD, VP, SVP and EVP then a good final panel exercise
