Very informal, more of a discussion. It was conducted over Zoom which had a few technical issues but the panel were understanding and we got it working in the end. They explained what the job was about, regular duties and shift times and asked me how it would work with my other commitments. On this occasion as it was split shifts it wasn't suitable for me, however, they were understanding and offered to contact another team leader who may be able to accommodate me.
