Over three weeks, I had a phone interview with the recruiter (whom I couldn't tell if he was genuine or not), went in person for another interview with the VP, had another two interviews with members of the team. Everyone was welcoming but it was intense. Ultimately, I was left a voicemail that said I didn't get the job and when I inquired for feedback I never heard from the recruiter again.
