The interview process was great. The interview its self was great I left feeling quite positive... we even discuss the next steps. But then there was no response at all and no way to follow up.

Worst interview experience I’ve ever had. Their virtual assistant reached out to schedule an interview with their in house recruiter. The recruiter didn’t call at the scheduled time. Eight days later the recruiter reached out and asked if I was available to talk in two hours, I agreed. The phone screen was ten minutes of being asked questions that could all have been answered by a glance at my resume and five minutes of being on hold while the recruiter took another call. At the end of the call, I was told that they’re very far along in the process and have a candidate in mind already, but would reach out if they decide not to go with them. 1. Why reach out if you’re that far along in the process with other candidates? 2. Had the recruiter called at the scheduled time, I could have had a fair shot at the role. Completely unprofessional.
