The interview was a Simple, single person interview. No board interview. Board approves new hires. Simple questions. Teaching certification is not required. The school is interested in prior teaching experience, however. Application also requires a letter of recommendation from your pastor. I was asked what my areas of greatest weakness are. I replied with organization. I got a surprised response, but a smile and a job offer.
