Very friendly and welcoming. Extensive tour of office grounds and on-site resources. Very enthusiastic about recruitment. Very casual style, making it much less intimidating through the process. Willing to go the extra mile to be inviting.
It was good. I went through two rounds. the second round, the architect didn't ask me anything which made me nervous and a feeling as if I was judged right away without even interviewing me.
