I went through three rounds with CoreSite, a recruiter screen, a team member interview, and a final conversation with the hiring manager. All three were conversational and moved at a reasonable pace. Nothing felt like a gotcha and the interviewers were engaged and easy to talk to. My only frustration was getting ghosted after the final round with no follow-up or feedback despite reaching out. The process was professional up until that point, which made the lack of closure disappointing. Would recommend preparing strong project examples and being ready for a conversational format.
