I was contacted by a 3rd party recruiter about setting up a phone interview. He sent along a very verbos email saying how is his representing his friend the, 'Chief People Officer' and offered some times to connect with him during the week. He contacted me on a Saturday while I was away on vacation and I replied within 36 hours with times, no reply. Followed up a week later assuming the Labor Day Holiday affected scheduling.....no response at all. Ironically, this horrendous candidate experience aligns to subpar glassdoor ratings. Hiring Manager should be ashamed this is the way his 'friend/recruiter' goes about business, treats candidates.
