J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Core-Mark (Trophy Club, TX)

      Entretien

Phone interview was fine. Coming on site for the second round no one was there to buzz me into the building so I had to come in with an employee. They didn't have my interview in their system so they struggled to find who to contact. The interview itself was fine but then I was ghosted afterwards.

      Entretien

I had a very disappointing experience with them, and am providing a review in hopes they see it and maybe consider making some changes in the future. I applied for the job in mid-March. 2 days later I did a phone interview with the Recruiter, who then set up a video interview with the Hiring Manager for the next day. During the video interview, the Hiring Manager scheduled an in-person interview for the following week. I met the Hiring Manager and 2 other leaders. Everything seemed to go really well. We did a tour of the facility and at the end she told me there may be a 4th interview with her supervisor, but I should hear something within a couple days either way. About a week later, I emailed the Recruiter to check in since I hadn't heard anything. I never got a response from her. I waited another week and contacted the Hiring Manager for a follow up (this is now 2 weeks after my in-person interview). She told me it was taking longer than expected due to the time of year, etc. and that she was still interviewing. That was about 3.5 weeks ago, and I have yet to hear anything else. The job is no longer posted so I assume they filled it, however I didn't even get a standard automated rejection email. It's very inconsiderate to put someone through four interviews and then not even have the decency to tell them they didn't get the job. If I wasn't a fit, that's fine. But you need to communicate. The whole process has given me a very negative image of the company, and even if they called me tomorrow with an offer of $20k more than I wanted, I would decline it. It really isn't that hard to send a quick email letting someone know they didn't get the job and thank them for the time they put in, especially when that person took time off of work to do the interviews. Please do better in the future.
