First stage interview 1-1 went through CV and previous experience and tried to relate my skills to the role I was applying for. Interview lasted around an hour. Seems like a nice company to work for.

I initially took part in a phone interview which provided me with information about the company and the position in question. Following this I was invited for a one on one interview. Upon arrival I was greeted by the receptionist and given forms to fill out with my personal details, my previous work history and two references. Unfortunately during this form filling process I could hear the interview before me as the door was left open and it was fairly obvious that I wasn't going to get this position as the interviewer and candidate had moved off the subject of the position and on to an in depth discussion of their holidays. I was finally called in for interview half an hour late. The interviewer was warm and pleasant and asked me questions in relation to my CV and what I knew about the company. However for a recruitment agency who interviews people for a living she seemed quite unprepared and failed to ask me if I had any questions at the end of the interview. The interviewer told me she would be in touch but never followed through.
