It's an example of how a group of very nice people can lure you into an unprofessional process. They put me through a full recruiting cycle, including a long and laborious home assignment, along with meetings with multiple stakeholders in marketing and product. I received positive feedback throughout. In the end, it didn’t result in an offer because they decided to reopen the position in the US instead of Israel. I find that extremely disrespectful of my time. This is something that should have been considered more carefully before approaching candidates in Israel.
