It is pretty easy, first with someone from HR and then they get the person who will be managing you for another interview. They just ask questions to get to know you and what you'll be doing.

Submitted an application, and heard back in a few weeks. The interview was conducted via zoom by another unpaid intern, with her boss basically whispering in her ear. I think this company just brings on tons of interns for free labor. I declined the offer because I felt I would receive zero personal/career development. The whole thing was very unprofessional and lowkey predatory.
