It was really friendly, encouraging and also really clear about the expectations. I didn't feel under stress while answering questions since questions were selected professionally. It took less than any other interview so I didn't need to spend a lot of time in order to complete the interview and most importantly I felt valued even during the interview.

Can you explain your relationship with Salesforce development?

Entretien
First level was a technical discussion, interviewer interviewed without even going through the resume. Irrespective of considering the past work experience interview was conducted. Interviewer was seeking more of a JavaScript expert than a Salesforce expert whereas vacancy was for Salesforce expertise. Interviewer expected interviewer to use his preferred tools instead of the ones interviewer was comfortable with. It seemed like interviewer was busy in his daily schedule and had already decided to not select.
The interview process was pretty straightforward and clear. One interview with HR, and then the technical interview with an architect. They asked mid-high level difficulty questions and kept the interview conversational (open-ended answers).
