Has a few rounds where you talk to multiple people in leadership and some within the same team. Some of the conversations felt redundant but I think most companies are doing that now

Entretien
First screening call. Then aptitude and personality test followed by a one way video interview. Then potential VP call. A lot of time commitment on the applicant before talking to hiring manager.

Spent more time talking about themselves and the tests
They did all the talking and were not truthful about the opportunity. I had multiple interviews with management chain. They spent more time telling me why they left SalesForce and did not ask me questions about my career. Managers could not describe the territory I would not be assigned to. Hired too many people at once and did not know what to do with us once we were hired.
