Standard ATP Written Test from FAA ATP Written. Also tell us about "Leadership". Tell us about a time you wish you had done something different. Tell how you would deal with a difficult person in the cockpit.

Entretien
First you present an ATP test, then you are scheduled to present a psychotechnical test, next step is a polygraph test, then a grupal test (just be yourself), if you pass they schedule you for a simulator test, then you go to an interview with an employee of human resources, in this part they just want to know you, then you have other interview, this time is with a pilot usually somebody who work in the operations department, finally if you pass everything you will go to a medical check, this process may take a month or more.
