Initial phone screen followed up with a teams interview. I interviewed with the hiring manager and other key staff including the compliance team that I'd be working with and managing. This was followed up with interviews with overseas and other staff connected to trade compliance. Very thorough. I learned a lot about the job, the company, culture and staff. It was an amazing process! I regret declining the offer.
