Terrible company! They always have the PM role as an opening from time to time and never hire anyone! I first applied it a few years ago. The entire process took like half year until I got in the final round. I got email updates from the HR person once a week saying they were stilling waiting for a decision from upper management and asked me to hang tight as I was one of the best candidates that they wanted to hire. Finally, after like 2 months, I received another email saying they didn't have budget and not going to hire anyone. Seriously? 2nd time, like a year or 2 later, I got contacted by a recruiter thinking I would be a good fit for the PM role. I didn't know it's the same company until I got a phone interview with them. It went well and being told that they would arrange the 2nd round a week later. Never heard back. I contacted the recruiter a week later checking on the status. She told me she had a hard time getting a hold of CRI too! After a few weeks, the recruiter got back to me, saying CRI wanted to hire a project coordinator instaed as they don't have budget for a PM role. Again? I do wish it's just a stupid excuse that they hired someone else. (At least, that candidate wasn't wasting his/ her time like me.) It's beyond ridiculous! By the way, I got contacted the 3rd time to get an interview with CRI. - NO, THANKS!!! Watch out and don't put too much hope on them!
