Two in-person interviews with multiple team members. Okay experience with the team sometimes asking irrelevant questions. Spent 30 minutes waiting for the first interviewer (he was late). Had a final technical interview to design an extremely complex product in just 1 hour. I did it and the guy was blown away. Still didn't get the job.
