Applied and within a couple of days received a request for the initial interview with HR representative, it went very well and they advised I'd hear back within 1 week on if the hiring manager wants to move forward. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I reached out the HR representative asking about the status, crickets for yet another week and then I received the infamous, thank for applying but we're moving on with other candidates.
