I drove to the global headquarters in Bloomington, Indiana, and although at first it feels quite overwhelming with the spacious reception area, the interview was rather comforting and engaging. You interview with team leaders and engineers in specific teams, and they want to gauge your personality rather than your listed skills on you resume. Come prepared with questions for them and with knowledge of the company, make sure to dress nice!

Combined interview first with Talent Acquistion and later with HR to determine the best fit role given personal experience. It was an online interview and gave reasonable time to schedule. The overall interview took place in one setting and awaiting final results.

Two interviews, one with an engineering bf member and another with HR. It was 30 minutes long with all open ended situation questions. Overall very relaxed and friendly, I would recommend this company.
