Brief phone interview, thirty minute in person with REional manager who was very nice and easy to talk to. Typical interview questions and atmosphere with a nice flowing conversation. He was very up front with everything the position entailed and the rest of the interview process that would happen. Cook is a great company and seems like great people to work with and I will reapply when I have more industry experience.

Interviewed with a panel of 3-4. Had to create a business plan for the territory. Assignment was given 1.5 weeks in advance. Be ready to answer questions about relationship management, sales skills and strategy.
