the interview process was a phone interview and then selected candidates for a face to face interview. I did not know that if you passed the second face to face interview, then you would be selected to go to an interview at their headquarters in the Midwest. If you have another job, you would need to prepare to have the time off, which would have been extremely difficult for me. I felt that the candidates should have been told this on the initial phone interview to prepare and know approximately when you would need to travel for the home office interview.
