Had 3 sessions on Skype. First was an introduction only over Skype. Later referred to technical interview with seniors guys and two interviews over Skype were conducted. After 2 or so weeks, they called to come to their city (I was in another) for which they paid TA/DA and I appeared in one last in person interview. It was group / panel interview. From there, I went back to my city the same day and after 2-3 weeks I got the offer.
