Began with a phone interview asking general questions around who I was and why I applied for the role. Was soon asked to attend a first interview with the direct line manager and another manager. Friendly interview, very much based on competencies so if you know your competencies you should be fine! Made it through to the second round where I was asked to give a presentation, based on some data they had sent me, to the direct line manager and director. Again quite informal, consisted of a discussion afterwards around how and why i approached my presentation the way that i did plus a few questions from the director. It took several weeks for them to get back to me regarding the outcome and did not provide any feedback despite asking for it.
