Simply reviewing application process with the hopes NIKE/CONVERSE read this and update their ANITQUATED terrible system! Its time to revamp and modernize application system. Should be as simple as uploading Resume with NO PARSING necessary. PARSING fails and is terrible. Go look at COCA-COLA application system, this would be a great model case!
Old system loses new world great candidates.
