- Typical Technical Exam and interview is done by the Talent Acquisition Team, and then the Supervisor Level Interview
- Once completed, it's more likely that the applicant would start at his/her most available date. More often that not, openings are urgent and are caused by Ramp Ups and Attrition of the IT Team
