-Pre-interview to confirm the details on your resume, ask you why you are applying for the job, where you live, if you think you will be able to work on the night shift
-Examination on spoken and written English language skills. You have to take the Pearson Global English Test which is challenging. If you don't get a good score you will be rejected. You will also be tested on your typing speed.

Once you fill out the application and pass the assessment, you'll schedule an interview. It was a group interview of about 25 people. We did an assessment activity with a map. Then broke up into smaller groups to do a mock customer service activity.

The interview primarily focused on the individual's english skills. I cannot say that they were strict, as I noticed they were looking for individuals who exhume confidence. Initial interview was a group interview. I remember we were four during this phase. Only two of us were selected. Then, were given the practical exams and I.Q. test. Then, to the one on one interview.
