Complete waste of time. After the first phone interview, they disappeared for 3 weeks. Next, I got an email asking about a second phone interview. I got a phone call 2 weeks later. Week later they proposed an interview on-site. I had a technical interview with 2 team leaders, which I passed with a stellar performance, answering all questions and solving all problems. They even asked I want to do interview with the CEO and architect immediately after the technical interview. Which I did. Next, they disappeared again and 2 weeks later sent a standard email wishing me good luck. When I got the email I already signed up with another company, no hard feeling. Just want to warn you - do not waste your time, they don't know what they want.
