First, there was a 30-minute phone interview with the hiring VP. Next, a 30-45 minute video interview with the hiring VP and two other department heads, with whom the role would interact heavily. A follow-up email from HR/Recruiting with a decision rounded out my interview process. Pleasant experience that unfortunately didn't result in a hire this time.
