I interviewed for the Frontend Engineer role in December 2024 /January 2025. There was an initial call with the chief of staff to see if there was a match. Next step was a live pairing session with another developer on a simple React app. Next step was an hour long call with the CTO who asked about previous experience. The last step in the interview process would've been a meeting with the CEO.
After the interview with the CTO, he had included me in an email along with the CEO to schedule the final interview, however; I didn't receive a response for weeks. After reaching out, still no response. I ended up sending another email to then finally receive an email 4 weeks later stating they were still figuring out their interview process.
Its definitely a start up vibe, so it seemed like working after hours and being on call was what they were expecting, along with a salary range of < $95k.
