My interviewer (current boss) was great and professional. She's an easy to talk and work with person. Our interview was too long, but it was a good expericence and I'm thankful that I got the job and have the oppertunity to work with these great people and wonderful company.

The interview was an informal 'get-to-know-you' conversation in the leasing office. The hiring manager asked basic behavioral questions and questions about work history. Hiring manager followed up the interview portion with a tour of the property, the clubhouse, and the staged units. A big portion of the interview was dedicated to explaining the company values in regards to customer service, teamwork, and the 'luxury' experience at the property.
