I was first asked for a phone interview which was pretty easy going. I was then asked for an in-person interview at the Naperville location. The interview itself was not too difficult and somewhat relaxed. The only negative part about my experience was that even after being told I would hear back soon after the in-person interview, I have not received a response even after I sent a thank you e-mail. Although I'm sure there were many applicants that interviewed, it's unprofessional to not respond and let the other applicants know they did not make it.
