To be completely honest, it was totally disfunctional. The HR department was in flux, and it really showed. Months passed between application, first interview and second interview. I still don't officially know if I have the position or not, I assume I don't, but every step in the process has taken a few months.

1. Telefoninterview 30 min, klassische Personaler Fragen, aber sehr professionell und gut. Direkte Rückmeldungen. Bewerbung geht erst nach Erfolg im Telefoninterview an den Fachbereich 2. Fachbereich, persönliches Gespräch mehr Bezug auf die Stelle, fast keine Personaler Fragen mehr. Nicht ganz so professionell wie am Telefon, aber normaler Gesprächsverlauf: Lebenslauf erklären, wo kommt man her wo will man hin und warum etc.
