      Entretien

      I applied for the position online(continental career site). The process took 3 months(first interview on 2 Oct and the last on 18 Dec; the negative answer came on 24 dec - Christmas Eve). - First interview(telephone interview): questions related to my experience in testing, programming, and a description of my graduation project; after two+ weeks of waiting I received a call and they invited me to a technical test at Continental Iasi location. - Second interview(technical test): c programming, microcontroller architecture, testing and logic; after another 2-3 weeks I was called for the third interview(technical interview) - Third interview(technical interview): first they wanted me to describe how I did my graduation project(which was a robot programmed in c language), then they asked me some technical questions/problems(programming, testing, and electronics); after 3 week I was called for the fourth interview(HR interview); - Fourth interview(HR interview): The HR is very incompetent and mischievous; Before the interview I met a fellow student at the reception which was already employed at continental and talked with him about the graduation project deadline. The first question HR asked me during the interview was what did I spoke with my friend(this was a private conversation and I did not want to answer); after this followed several behavioral questions and she said that I will get an answer in two weeks(by the way, they never keep their promise about this: 2 weeks means 3-4 weeks). Hiring are based on recommendations I do not recommend this company to anyone
