Filled out the application and was interviewed at a job fair. They did a personal interview and looked at my portfolio. They seemed to think that I was going to get hired before I got into the room. It was very informal. The interview only lasted 20 minutes.

After submitting my application, I got a call for an interview. I met with the principal who seemed very passionate about the school. We discussed the position, and she showed me around the school.
