Very traditional. Scenarios that demonstrate strong team work skills, conflict resolution, creative problem solving. They want to get to know you and your work ethic. They are very transparent about what type of candidate they are looking for. Great interview!

Describe a time you had a conflict with another person. How did you deal with it and what was the outcome?
Very simple. The application and interview process were smooth and communication with the company was very friendly. Only one interview (it took about thirty minutes total) to get the position. Overall very good experience.

Entretien
It was smooth and straight forward and overall the process was very comfortable for me. I do wish they would stay in more consistent contact after the meeting and to not just sort of ghost you after the fact.
