Sent in resume via a recruiter. Got a call for an in person interview. No phone screening. Talked to 3 people, a lead, a techie and a Quantitative trader, in depth technical and quantitative questions, some problem solving, probability questions, some coding exercises, etc. They covered a lot of ground in a single sitting of about 90 minutes. Never heard back from them. Overall a good experience and I liked the people there.
