I applied through Insight Global and interviewed in person on June 2nd, 2025. The interview was in person and lasted about two hours. I first completed the IQ and personality test which took about an hour and then I had a 1 on 1 interview with the hiring manager. The interview was standard for a help desk position. Two days later I found out that they will not be moving forward with me and while I have a lot of technical experience, they wanted someone with more customer service experience. I do appreciate the feedback and highly recommend anyone who is looking for a job and meets the requirements to apply for this company.
