I interviewed with a recruiter and then interviewed with the CTO. I assume my management and FinTech experience garnered the interview with the CTO. There was quite a bit of noise during the interview; seemed like the CTO was interviewing me while his kids were eating breakfast at the table. Was told they would be in contact with next steps. Apparently there was no next steps because they "Ghosted" me. No response even after multiple follow ups. Was hoping for more professionalism from an organization developing government backed CBDCs.

Got automatic rejection over the weekend, applied Frida, got the rejection email Sunday. There wasn't any extra information, just that after careful consideration, they decided not to proceed with the application. There are also some questions that need to be answered during the application that take some time. Do not recommend investing the time.
