Interview process started with one phone interview and a second Onsite interview with 2 staff members. Both interviews went OK. This review is about the recruiter process. The recruitment process was very poorly handled. The recruiter never told me that I was declined. My profile on their website would not be updated, and kept saying : "Under Secondary Review". Two weeks later I called them and asked for an update. The recruiter said. "Oh you were declined, but we were just waiting for the accepted candidate process documentation to clear". I guess I was kept as the second option, just in case the selected candidate failed. I found it disrespectful and careless, since they did not seem to care about applicants waiting two weeks for their response and preventing applicants to focus on other job searches.
