The interview process is a series of multiple interviews with different people on different days. The first interview was super easy, basically just a get to know you interview then if they feel like your a fit you are scheduled for a second interview with your direct supervisor or trainer that interview consist of a mock enrollment and they are just looking to see your call flow and Medicare knowledge. If that’s successful then you meet the regional manager and that’s the third interview and that’s basically a introduction to the company and the job offer
