3 stage interview. First interview was a culture screening, second interview was a tech test where you present a take-home project to assess your technical aptitude, and the last interview is all about how you would fit in as a team member and handle different situations (e.g blockers)

A 30 minute culture screen. Then a given a tech test, when ready there was a technical interview to go over how you found it. Then the final in-person interview.
