Smooth, focused, and fit for purpose. The first stage which is the culture phase, went smoothly, but I could not make it through the second stage, which was the technical one.

There were three stages in totally. The interview environment was relaxed, little to no tension. The first stage was with Talent and culture ( to get to know your views and fit for the role) The second stage was with the senior software analyst (get to know what i've done and my experience in general) The last stage was to get to meet the chief of staff. The result/ outcome of each stage didn't take alot of time and that was very helpful. I got constructive feedback about my performance which was very well appreciated
