I was interviewed by the previous EA and another EA and then the people I would support. I was brought in a few times to meet with the main person I would support. I appreciate the level of honesty I got about the company and what it would be like to work here from just the interview. They were not trying to sugar coat anything and I got a clear picture of what I was signing up for.
